So our other carpet cleaner (starts with s ends with a k) started leaking and was sent back as unrepairable. I decided to give this one a go and am glad I did as it is easier to clean and some good thought went into the design. The only thing I would say is that for the size of the waste tank it could have more capacity for the waste water. It’s good for dog accidents and the chemical is a reasonable price.

This carpet cleaner is fantastic compared to my older one. It does a great job even with our thick bedroom carpet. It dries pretty quickly too. Easy to use and has nice, smooth movement. I would pay for it again just to have it.
