Cleans all sorts of pet messes brilliantly, comes with 3 small bottles of different cleaning solutions to try too. My carpet is clean and dry in a relatively short amount of time. Would highly recommend if you're house training a puppy too!

As per instructions I vacuumed my carpet thoroughly prior to using this carpet cleaner but, oh my, the dog hair raised by the cleaner, the grit and dirt brought up by the suction was totally mind blowing. The throwaway water was like mud x and all this came out f my rugs!!! Now they are dry they are so bright and clean - like new. I am delighted with the performance of this Bex Bissell carpet cleaner. I was going to throw one rug away prior to cleaning but it is so clean - it is back in the lounge in use. Thoroughly recommend this cleaner for ease of use and perfornance.

My old Bissell carpet cleaner died after many, many years of excellent service, so I know how good this brand is. I love the separate tanks, and how easy it is to remove the nozzle and brush roller cover for cleaning. It is so much easier and more efficient to clean than my old model, and I don't have to unscrew anything in the process. It is a real blessing for someone with arthritis like me. It is a little lighter than my old machine - another plus - and manoeuvres well. There are so many improvements on my old cleaner, such as the edge sweep brushes, the lower profile ,the cleanshot - and the nozzle clean out tool is excellent for pet owners. There were so many bits of my old model that were so difficult to clean properly, but this one is a breeze. It's cleaning efficiency is everything I expected from a Bissell machine. There is no way you are getting this back!

Very loud! But worth it! Have never owned a carpet cleaner before but I know what they can do as my Dad has one. This one is very easy to use, and does a great clean, even on the Express option. You will be emptying/filling the containers frequently with the Deep clean option, but it really works, and the carpets dried quicker than we expected.

Excellent carpet cleaner, we have some old carpets and rugs and this did a very good cleaning job including lifting a lot of stains. It has two water tanks to keep the washing water cleaner and comes with some small bottles of cleaning product so you can start using it straight away. Quite heavy to lift but OK in use. I would recommend this product.

This is defernatly one off the best cleaners I have bought. The machine is easy to run with the measurement on the clean water tank for water and cleaning solution marked clearly on the side. The water tanks and brushes are easy to clean and maintain with there on click removals. The water heating function handles my heavy traffic areas with ease cleaning up after the animals and handling stray hairs easy witch some off my over cleaners failed. overall great machine would defernatly recomend

Absolutely love this! Comes with some mini cleaning solutions to try. My carpet looks like new again. High quality professional clean. My only complaint is it can be a little heavy when doing the max clean but that also means you cover more surface area and refill less frequently.

This product is easy to use and clean after use. It comes apart easily to clean and put back together again. I have only used it once and need to get used to not over wetting the carpet as it has taken a long time to dry. It has been over 8 hours and it is still damp in places. It is larger and heavier than I thought it would be.
