Excellent. Does vaccuming and steaming in one. In this way no dirt shows up after floor dries up. The 2 in 1 reduces cleaning time too. If only the vaccum had extensions to do table tops, sofa etc it would have been just perfect.

I hate housework with a passion however this cut out most of the things I hate doing. I have lino and rugs in the home and with all the sweeping mopping and vacuuming it seemed to take forever! With the bissell vac and steam it was so easy! Literally one machine replaced the sweeping, filling the mop bucket and dragging it around the house, emptying it and it has saved so much space! The scents provided are really nice and last for more than one use, washing the pads is easy and just leaving them to dry which doesn't take long. With covid about it's very useful. A quick steam mop when we enter the home and take off our shoes and there are no worries. I actually enjoy this part of the housework now! It even managed to remove the residue from an old lino. I can't fault this machine at all. Emptying it is easier than any machine I've ever used. One thing that isn't a fault but worth mentioning is that if you're using it on a carpet or rug and dont need to steam, it's worth removing the pad to make it easier.

My partner bought this for me as we now have 3 dogs and the kitchen is where they spend of their time, so the floor can become quite messy. I wanted a quick way to clean through, especially as we both work full time. I have only used it about 3 times up to now but so far so good and Im really pleased. The suction is good and it brings the floors up lovely. We have ceramic tiles in our hallway and lounge which are really shiney and this cleans them and leaves them looking polished. The water tank lasts really well and cleans quite a large area before needing a top up. The scent discs makes the room smell nice after cleaning. I usually use both pads, 1 for the kitchen and 1 for the hallway and lounge. If you dont change them, it would be too wet and then it would leave streaks. As good as the hoover is, I do hoover 1st at times if theres lots of dog hairs as 1 of ours is long haired and malts a lot, so I just like to give a proper hoover 1st around the edges etc with the nozzle. All in all, I am very pleased and would dedinately recommend buying this product and would buy this product again.

Excellent product. Had 2 other make of steamer before this one but neither ever cleaned the floor as well as this one did. Easy to assemble, easy to use and easy to clean after use. What more would you want. Highly recommended.

It is a great machine, to have a machine that can do everything and save me time is magic. Technology is great, but I never thought I would get a hoover that also steam cleans floors,both at the same time. Magic.
