Rubbish don’t waste your money instructions very poor

For the past few months it worked great and was easy to use but this time, I could smell chemically type burning. The bottom of the heating element had melted the plate that sits at the bottom of the base!!!! If i had been in another room and hadn't smelt it it could have started an electrical fire. Not impressed

Received a faulty one. Plugged in but won’t turn on at all. Refund requested

I've been using a Russell Hobbs rice cooker for a while and I've been satisfied with the product. When it was time to replace the rice cooker I bought the same model. However, this time I found scratches on the cooker, what appears to be human hair in the box and smelly smoke was emitted from the rice cooker/steamer (not to be confused with steam) on the first few times I used it. I could understand a bit of smoke the first time but not each time. Having had a good experience previously I would guess that sometimes you get a good one and occasionally perhaps not.

used it twice so far but AO think a week is plenty long enough for a review. Rice stuck to the bottom both times. Am I doing something wrong, who knows, I've only had it a week.

Good for cooking rice, however the keep warm function either drys the rice out or/and the bottom cm of rice is burnt and inedible. So I probably loose 3/4 of a portion of rice every time.

I buy this all the time over the last 10 years. This item I ordered from ao.com had a dent but I didn’t want the hassle of returning. Just using the rice cooker

I just smelt something burnt every time after using it. But I think it did a good job for cooking rice.
