Great item, very easy to use. The water tank is sufficiently large to clean a 3 seat sofa or a large rug before needing to empty the waste water & re fill with clean water/ detergent. I was initially concerned that after usage the mattress & sofa felt quite damp but to be fair both were completely dry after 12 hours. The power lead is plenty long enough to reach all the stairs & it’s no noisier than the average vacuum cleaner. So far I really can’t find any negatives with this product other than a pole extension would save constantly bending down to clean rugs & carpets but then it is only meant to be a spot cleaner !. This item far exceeded expectations.

Brilliant product - two different sized cleaning heads means it really can get into all the awkward nooks and crannies of the stairs and car seats. Easy to operate, fill and empty.

I brought Bissel Spot Clean Pro Carpet Cleaner during the AO sale and I am so pleased with my purchase! The machine is loud however it does deep clean carpets and I did my sofa, both looking brand new and clean.

Very capable compact carpet cleaner, good results so far on the three rooms that it’s been used to clean. Small size makes it easy to use in areas where there’s not much room to move. Comes with 2 sizes of cleaning head and a very long cable. Easy to clean before storing away.

Works well, rather noisy but don't mind it so much now. Feels good to know the floors are getting getting good clean.

This small but mighty spot cleaner has been an absolute life saver in our house .This cleaner leaves your carpet dry and fresh ,it comes with a small bottle of bissel cleaner ,we thought we would have to buy more ,but no the cleaning fluid is strong enough whilst using only a small amount. We use this appliance at least 3 or 4 times a week. We have had no carpet damage anywhere in our house
