Having used the machine now a few times for doing a deep clean of my stairs, large rug and 3 mattresses, I'm more than happy with the results. The machines a little noisy but it's to be expected with such a powerful motor. I urge anybody thinking about getting one of these machines to do so. It's brilliant.

Glad I bought this, I've already had to clean up messes from naughty dogs visiting and it got rid of the mess well. Used a few times and I'm very happy with it. Wouldn't want to clean an entire carpet with it but it's great for getting out marks. Should be useful for stairs and cars. Saw other reviews mention noise but it's as loud as other carpet cleaners I've used.

The product came quick and was ready to use when taking out of the box, no need to play about attaching pipes here and their just fill the tank with bissell carpet cleaner and warm water and your set. The bissell pro is an excellent little machine and is very powerful and cleans right down into the fabrics great for car seats and fits brilliantly in the footwell. Having had the rug doctor portable I befer the bissell its a much better built machine and has different attachments to get into the tough areas to reach. I would recommend this product to anyone thanks AO and also thanks to bissell for making a great little machine.

Used on my sofa with pet stains and baby sick, cleaned it perfectly. I had to do the whole sofa though as it leaves a clean patch it's that good, once I did the whole sofa it was good as new. The dirty water tank was evident to that. Also note you need to clean the machine with clean water a few times to clear all the pet hair and dirt in the nozzle and attachments.

I’ve had the smaller version of this before, and it cleans just as well, with fewer water changes. It’s invaluable for stairs and upholstery, and the larger cleaning head saves a lot of time.

Brought this because both my dogs have a lot of accidents on the carpet. Fed up getting the the cleaner and a scrubbing brush and often making the stain worse than better. Got the spot cleaner and tried it in the worse stains on my carpet and couldn't believe how well it sucked the stains out. The water was chocolate brown and disgusting. Will definitely be using this every time they have an accident to keep on top of it. The machine is bigger than expected but so easy to use. Really pleased with my purchase!

Such a great little unit. It pulls 99% of the water back out of the carpet so it’s not like you have to spend ages drying it out. Only negative is I feel like after time the joining of the attachment to the hose may break with pressure. Very sturdy, it is compact but you can do quite a lot with one fill of the tank, I cleaned 6 big spots on half a tank. Well packaged and I like that you get a sample of cleaner in with it.

Unfortunately my dog had been sick on my lounge carpet. I did what I could to remove it but the stain would not come out. When my Bissell arrived I used it and was surprised that the stain had gone with just one application.
