This Zanussi induction hob was a complete disaster and waste of money. Faulty from installation and the repair guys (who were fab) changed everything that could be changed and eventually declared it irreparable. After a long battle with the Electrolux (Zanussi) customer service (they were dreadful to do business with) I had to get AO customer service involved (they were fabulous) and Electrolux eventually agreed to replace it. New one arrived and had identical fault. Sent it back with the AO installation guys (again fab) after they spoke to the AO customer service explaining the problem. AO customer service were fab, arranged a full refund and I then placed an order for a (more expensive) Neff induction hob instead - it’s been worth every extra penny. Wish I’d spent more wisely to start with. Great AO customer service saved the day.

This induction hob is one of the best I have seen, if your pots aren’t induction then they won’t work, it doesn’t have any buttons or knobs so kids can’t play with it( very safe) you touch the hob itself to turn on and turn up the heat, it also has a lock you can activate while it’s switched on. I would recommend this hob.

Excellent induction hob from Zanussi. I was advised to go all electric along with my new Zanussi electric double oven & they matched perfectly. I originally had a gas hob but decided on electric due to the spiralling cost of gas. Both appliances work & look amazing in black & I’m extremely pleased with my purchase from AO.
