Think carefully before buying

I bought this because I had recently bought a Zanussi Cooker with induction hob that hob-to-hood functionality. The following are my comments:
1. PRICE: Cost me quite a bit after discount and delivery. When I looked at the AO website it appeared that delivery was free but I had to pay for it when checking out. Despite the high price it doesn't include a pair of carbon grease filters for the fan motor that I had to get from Zanussi!
2. INSTALLATION: It's meant to go up towards the ceiling.. but as there's not enough space between the kitchen on the ground floor and the the bedroom floor boards above it the builder had to divert it to the external wall and a hole that he drilled in the wall .. cost extra
3. INSTRUCTIONS:. Not very clear
4. FUNCTIONALITY: Dodgy. Sometimes the extractor fan comes on and turns off automatically.. but sometimes it doesn't. The extractor does seem to eliminate smoke, smells and steam.
5. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Tried to contact Zanussi via messaging on thier website, telephone, web-chat and email...NO SUCCESS!
