Very pleased with appearance and performance of the laptop. No downsides yet found! Primary use if for work purposes, but that involves lots of uploads, downloads and video conferencing. My new Asus has coped with all demands so far. Issue with the first laptop ordered was swiftly and efficiently resolved by AO. Would recommend both product and company.

The fan is a trifle noisy, its a faint rumble in the background every time the fan starts up. The PC is ok, the recovery of the installed software , should you screwup adding/modify the windows software is also very goog

Works well and had done an excellent job of replacing the old Dell laptop was getting slower before the hard drive finally gave up. Impressive quick boot up, a big clear display, full keyboard with keys with a good feel. Only used Dell for many years but the ASUS seems to represent a god value alternative. Took a bit of time to get Windows updated but this seemed to be a windows hiccup. Got round the problem by doing a reinstall rather than trying to do updates.

Great laptop, perfect for working from home and having the large screen really helps, crystal clear image.

Bit sceptical as normally have Dell or HP but on price could not be beaten pleased we did make the purchase. This new machine is lightweight and so quick. Screen resolution is fantastic Overall really pleased

A sleek and stylish design with an impressive specification and a pretty intuitive Windows 11 operating system are the main good points.Although it lacks both an on board cd drive and an ethernet port,both are easily remedied with external add-on peripheral devices.If you are on the look-out for a well specified laptop at bargain price level,I'd say look no further.
