This is a lovely looking machine, I’m impressed with all its new functionality compared to my old Bosch. It’s so incredibly quiet! I can leave it on at night and it disturbs no one. The duvet function is wonderful- it really stops the duvets turning into a knotty ball which is damp in the middle. Yes it’s at the top end of pricing but you do get what you pay for and I’m looking forward to replacing my sewing machine to match

So far the washing machine has been amazing! So much quieter than our old machine. Early indications are it is more energy efficient than the last model so as a busy household of four I am expecting to see some savings on our electricity bill. Connecting the app was pretty easy and once you have the hang of the internal logic, it is easy to use. While it seems that the choice of programs is "limited" because it senses load etc. it almost feels like every wash is bespoke. Finally, and maybe a little nerdy but the black door looks cool.

This was our first heat pump tumbler. It replaced a previous Bosch dryer that last 12 years albeit with some minor repairs. The new machine does not feel any slower than our previous dryer and we loved that we could swap the door around (very easy) and it even tumbles large duvet covers without getting them all tangled up. I’d definitely recommend this machine and think the higher price is worth it for overall long term savings.

Fantastic Machine! Quiet, efficient and voluminous. Lots of neat features. I especially like the smart start. The 5 year complimentary parts and labour warranty is great as well.
