Unfortunately, we returned the warming drawer as the drawer did not line up straight within its casing. When fitted into the oven housing underneath the double oven, it made the mis-alignment even more pronounced. The replacement drawer was exactly the same and even the Hotpoint engineer could do nothing about it. It’s a shame as the drawer looks very smart otherwise. Service from AO was first class.
