The washer/dryer is overall great. Pros: the app lets you customize every load exactly which is helpful rather than trying to figure out how to do it on the machine. It’s very quiet (only noisy while running water but that might just be our house). The dry settings are fantastic, they don’t overly wrinkle your clothes when finished but they’re still thoroughly dry. Cons: while running the screen face is still on so it’s easy to shut off the machine mid-cycle if you’re leaning over/standing in front of it. The childproof settings help that but then you also need to remember to put them on. The APP makes you shut off the washer at the end of the cycle so then you have to manually go turn it back on to use the app again which is annoying. Could be my error but only time will tell.

So far so good! Longer cycle length than our previous washer dryer but the tumble is certainly more efficient.

Took a couple of washes to find the best settings but once found really good. Takes 3 hours for wash and dry on cotton or synthetics and you have different drying options for how dry you want the wash to be 3 hours being cupboard dry. Is also very quiet with inverter motor. Highly recommend.

Absolutely superb washer dryer. Loved it so much I also bought one for my Stepson when his washing machine broke down. This is such a quite washing machine that when we first got it we had to keep checking it was still working. The multiple washing programs on the app is impressive, the ability to drill down to the type of fabric, if its colour, how dirty it is if its delicate or not is excellent. The drying function is a godsend, I put it on cupboard dry and its dried to perfection, not like previous driers I've had where it comes out like cardboard. It constantly monitors how dry the washing is, so don't worry if it starts off at taking 5 hours to wash and dry, this time will change once its started to dry. I even trust it to wash and dry my jeans without destroying them. We bought our first Hisense washer in May, and its not put a foot wrong, set the program and it happily gets on with it. I also love the ability to add items if you forgot after its started, and also not having to wait 3-4 mins before opening the door when its finished. Buy this washer dryer, you will not regret it. I will defiantly be buying Hisense equipment in the future, you get very high end features but at a sensible price.
