Thermostat itself is very easy to use manually and with the app. The app enables control of the thermostat at home or when away from home, which is great if you forget to turn the heating off or on. Battery in thermostat can run out quickly but you can buy rechargeable battery's to keep the cost down in the long run. Personally self install wasn't an option as I have no knowledge in this area so called a plumber in, not as simple self install as you would think. Overall highly satisfied with these thermostats, work perfectly once set up.

Bought as an add on to a tado wired thermostat and existing set of four tado radiator thermostats. Item arrived quickly and was really easy to set up and add to the system using the tado app. Would highly recommend tado as a smart thermostat system ??

Great device, easy to install and reliable since. Subtle-looking and quiet operation too. Couldn't ask for a better user experience.
