After encountering a Neff induction hob on a recent stay with friends, we were sold on induction hobs: * instant power delivery * low residual heat once the plate is shut off * no charring and adhesion of spillages to the hob We came back and bought the Neff hob immediately. Unlike our previous ceramic hob, which needed multiple clicks to achieve the setting you wanted, this hob has a "dial" which you can slide to the correct settings or jump to it directly. We are consistently impressed at just how quickly things heat up. Downsides, some generic for induction: * not all our cookware worked on induction, including some lovely stainless steel pots/pans. * I'm not a huge fan of smart appliances which want WiFi connectivity and an app (which is quite chatty by default). We don't bother much with this.

Amazing! Will never go back to a gas hob. This is quick to heat and so easy to clean. Looks great too!

Fantastic. It's a great quality. Very solid. Hope it will work as it look like.

Pricey, but heats up the induction pans so quickly and very controllable. It's like gas, it reacts so quickly. I do like it.
