You can’t do zone restrictions, nor can you see the map of where the hoover has been etc. It gets stuck or caught on everything. I have a lubelu and it’s far superior. Don’t waste your money.

I love the ease of cleaning.... so simple to turn on, empty, return to home. Eufy is not very noisy... far quieter than the vacuum, he seems very efficient and cleans the living room in 10 minutes.
I do not seem to be able to connect to the internet or download the app. I would like to set a program for cleaning at a regular time. Time to ask one of the children, I think.
