Ordering of 2 Kettles and Delivery with ao.com

I remembered that I had ordered before with ao.com so thought I
would take a look at their kettles. I wanted to order 2 which I did.
On Registring these two identical kettles it caused a slight hiccup with the Computer but on phoning CS Dpt was helped very promptly and have my two Kettles registered for extended Warranty personally by her.
Very helpful and I was more than happy with the Service. Kettles were Tower. Kettles look great and stylish.
Delivery to the exact promised minute - so whats not to be happy about
