Really great product! Purchased due to boiler breakdown as was tiring of having to boil the kettle. Filled to Max, takes about 30 mins to fully boil and 20 mins to hot. Also keeps the water warm for hours even when switched off. Only thing to watch out for, is that the outside of the product is also hot when boiled, (as to be expected with stainless steel) so you need to be mindful of this with placement and usage. Done my household a great service when most needed.
