Arrived and unpacked . Set it up with a monitor - great. Mobile app could not see any pictures. Contacted Swann support and after 3 hours and A MANUAL software update to the DVR and also not using any special characters in the admin password got the systems to talk to each other and see the pictures on all devices.
Cameras are still a small issue with settings as instruction manuals are not very concise and or easy to read

Bought this CCTV system as a upgrade from my previous system. Great package working well and covers all my requirements. It was easy to install and access via the app as well as using the Dropbox functionality to store clips in the cloud for that extra safety.
