OK, we've only had it a few days but it does seem to be working fine. Browns evenly. If I have a reservation it is a bit on the big side. On the other hand I think its bulk does keep the outside cool.

A long overdue purchase, I was a bit apprehensive about forking out £££ for something that only gets used a few times a week.
