We are not sure about cutlery pull out as reduces space for top shelf items

Does everything well as you would expect,only function not five stars is adjustable height on top basket,otherwise top marks !

I replaced my old faulty BOSCH dishwasher after +10years with this new one. The new one just as good as the old one with more bells and whistles. Works like a treat... Great wash and cutlery tray much better than the old one which had a cutlery basket.

My ~12 year-old Bosch Exxcel dishwasher started leaking under the main tray and not feeling like an expensive repair would be economical, I opted to replace instead. The Exxcel range is now equivalent to the Series 2 range. This was ordered from AO and installed by myself (it was freestanding), which was fairly straightforward (instructions are included inside the dishwasher). Overall, the features and feel of the machine are instantly familiar. The tray layout is identical, except the Series 2 has a cutlery tray, rather than a basket. I prefer the tray as it means we get more in the bottom rack. Nice to have the wifi integration on this base model, which isn't a game changer, but will notify you when salt or rinse aid are low, can notify on completion (I turned this off), faults, etc. It also tracks energy consumption, which is somewhat interesting to know, but wouldn't make me change how I use the machine. So far so good. If I get 12 years out of this one, I'll be happy.

Easy to use. Nice physical buttons so no accidental inputs. Does everything that it says on the tin, no issues yet.
