Great product. Robust and perfect for cooking

Excellent hob, so much easier to use with proper control knobs, than annoying touch screens. The display shows the heating level, and each one can be set for extra fast heating, or turned down to a gentle simmer. Automatically cuts off if a pan is removed, and the display indicates if any of the rings are hot e.g. after removing a hot pan, the ring surface will be hot for a while. Easy to clean, and a ridge stops any spilt liquids reaching the control knobs.

Wonderful induction job and the quality is as you expect from Smeg, top drawer

Parents had moved into a new flat and it came with a complicated induction hob. We found this one and they love it. Expensive but worth it so they can use the hob!

It has knobs! What more can I say? So much easier to control than any other induction hob I’ve used.

Seems to be the only induction hob available with physical dials. Touch input on hobs makes no sense, pressing like 8 buttons just to turn one ring on to the right power level. Only being able to change one ring's temperature at a time etc. etc. etc. This appliance sufficiently solves all these problems. It doesn't have a lot of fancy features, so the price is hard to justify, but when it's the only option that isn't infuriating to use, then there's no reasonable alternative for me.
