Quality product and is a huge upgrade on our previous machine.

Great dishwasher, spacious allowing for today’s larger modern plates, had it a week now, super clean dishwashing every time. Great service from browse to purchase to delivery with solid comms all the way through

Bought this machine to replace an existing Neff machine that we inherited when we bought this house but to be honest we are disappointed. Far too complicated and unable to do a programme less than one hour long when the previous model did one for 25 mins. The instruction book that came with the product wasn’t even for the model we had purchased, showing completely different programs. The fact that you are able to connect to the Wifi should have been a warning, why?? do you need this? The actual washes are good but product very expensive compared with other makes and overall we will not recommend.

Replaced our previous NEFF dishwasher which almost lasted a full 12 years. Doesn't seem to dry off the dishes as well , however there is a lot of flexibility in the settings so I need to look into that. Can connect to Wifi and changes to settings can be made via the app. Overall very pleased with the dishwasher and I hope it lasts as long as my previous machine

So much quieter than my old dishwasher, cleans well. Has many functions I'm not sure I'll ever use/need but set instructions were clear and it does the job. Also no annoying beef when it finishes...my last one used to beep all night. This just has a small light that shines on the floor below to let you know when it's in use.

Really nice style for a modern kitchen and tech easy to use. Installation was easy and the delivery service spot on. The machine, we've only a couple of weeks but does perform well.
