AO suggested I contact Russell Hobbs regarding my faulty freezer. Karen of RH product care was very helpful and the product has now been replaced with a new one.

Decent quality for price, no warning light on it

Good product. Only thing we don't like is there is no light visible to show its working and as its kept in the garage you have to open it to check its still working

A very disappointing purchase

This freezer was purchased to replace a 20 year old freezer which had finally become unreliable. It was bought for use in a garage, and was said to be suitable. However the manual supplied rated it for domestic temperatures. I queried this with AO and I received an e-mail quoting an assurance from Russel Hobbs that it was OK for the purpose. After less than 18 months the temperature setting control is not working. Also it is run from a power breaker socket and this sometimes trips out - not good for a freezer.
