Terrible - don't buy!

Absolutely awful - don't buy this product! The first one we ordered came with the base entirely broken (this may have been an issue in the warehouse, to be fair). The second one arrived and at least could be installed, but the fan in the oven didn't work, and then we realised that two of the control knobs had been installed in the wrong positions (so the top oven/grill knob was installed where the temp control for the bottom oven should be, and vice versa). The general feel of the cooker was just completely shoddy and rickety.
AO's service was really good, and we've replaced this cooker with an AEG which is great, and you can feel the difference in quality really clearly.
