Looks good but poor quality - paying for the name!

I was really looking forward to receiving my new Rangemaster - believing I was buying a quality product. We don’t have mains gas so went for an electric oven with induction hob. After only having it for 3 months, the hob blew and would no longer work. The service from the repair company was great but after replacing a circuit board in the hob, it remained faulty. I was told to contact AO and they arranged a replacement. The replacement is in and working, however the oven light only works when it wants to! It is really noisy when cooling down, particularly the hob but the oven is quite noisy too. Don’t have much confidence in it, especially the hob. The oven is good with plenty of room, especially with the top oven too. Overall I wouldn’t rush to get another Rangemaster- feel they are very over-priced and you could get equally as good, if not better, for a lot less!
