Great service from AO, cooker hood is better then I was expecting, looks neat and is powerful yet not too noisy, installation instructions were straight forward, plus the built-in lights were nice and bright

This Hotpoint cooker hood looks really great. Its stylish, robust and overall excellent quality. The extraction rate is excellent and works very effectively in its recirculation mode. The inclusion in the design of an extra carbon filter chamber makes it particularly good at its job. It was easy to install and came with clear installation instructions. If I had to say what I didn't like, its a bit loud. In that though it mostly sounds powerful. I can't recommend this recirculation cooker hood enough its fantastic.

Sleek design, highly effective and great value for money.

This hood looks fantastic. Not used it much as yet but haven’t found the noise particularly intrusive. It comes with a charcoal filter pre-installed which is a real bonus. Quality of the installation instructions could be better, but luckily it’s not complicated. Very pleased.

1st item delivered was damaged but AO resolved the issue and got a new one re-delivery the following day without any questions. Return all completed effortlessly. New product was in perfect condition and working a treat. This hood is much quieter than my previous hood, and was simple to install and connect.
