Was initially worried about getting a heat pump drier given the reviews that they were noisy but this one just isn't at all. It's definitely quieter in operation than my old condenser drier, it's more of a constant hum than the noisy tumbling noise and although it does take a bit longer, I don't really notice the difference except for in the electricity bills being less. I am over the moon with purchase and I do recommend this machine. The features and functionality are perfect. Does it's job beautifully and let's me know when it's done.

Good product. Energy consumption is a lot better than my condenser dryer. However drying times are a lot longer.
