We use this all the time not just for proving dough but for keeping food and plates warm. It pays for itself when Christmas dinner is concerned.

Love it! I’ve had my old Neff Warming drawer for 11years and we used it a lot. This new one looks good , I’m loving it already and hopefully it will last as long as the old one.

Disappointing considering the cost. The push-in switch is a nuisance being easily opened when passing too close. The 'rubber'(?) mat seems retrograde compared to the previous model that this replaced.
