Looks great was a replacement for my older microwave,this is so neat ,all one piece without the separate frame around ,also has a grill and comes with a handy splatter guard ,all in all very pleased and would recommend, the service from aol was excellent when I had a query about the fan coming on when the door was opened as I wasn’t sure this was supposed to happen ,customer service was second to none as they found out the answer for me ,excellent friendly helpful service from aol

Great quality and looks sleek in our new kitchen.

We made the decision to go with AO after looking for a while on various sites for our rather tricky microwave as it was integrated and the case (wall unit) appeared when looking elsewhere to be an issue. AO website had critical dimensions WITH diagrams which really helped shortlist, very quickly devices that would meet our criteria. Added to that the microwave when arrived was safely packaged and with care a great credit. Now onto the product. Very impressed. This was replacing a VERY old machine, which gave up the ghost. I hadn’t realised how old it looked until this arrived!!! It had crisp modern look with a quick start guide. I’m no dinosaur when it comes to new technology- but I’m no coring chicken either. Left the quick and simple instruction on the side to get used to the machine and within a couple of uses we were away. Lovely clean lines to look at, very simple to use and heats the food throughout!! Some reviews noted a loud “ping” I wouldn’t say it was glass shattering?!! It’s not quiet but unless you have the time to stand over the machine in a busy household, it’s good to have it at a decent level. Very impressed with the machine. Open and close button for door, quick start 30sec blast button along with the usual more complex grill and defrost options if you so wish. But to be honest we only use it for basic reheat etc. so more than enough for us.

Microwave sits perfectly in the space vacated by our old one and works much better! Ordering and delivery were simple and bang on time. All we have to do now is replace our old fridge/freezer!

Nice looking microwave which compliments our minimalist kitchen design and it works as it should. It's just a shame the door opening button doesn't actually open the door. According to the manufacturers customer team, this is a feature to help you open the door without actually springing it. This would make sense if it had a handle as well but you have to get your fingers behind the glass to pull it. This is the second one we've had delivered because we thought it was faulty but they were both the same.
