The product is very good fits in the place for it perfectly but we can't seem to get the timer working properly

Excellent product priced very well. Bought it to replace the built in one I had when kitchen was fitted out 15 years ago. Also very pleased with communications and quick delivery.

Very hapoy with product. It replaces our previous microwave which broke inside 27 months but this new one fits into the space which is important.

I bought this in November and six months later it went bang and was dead. The engineer came with replacement parts which although new were faulty. He ordered replacement parts but these are currently unavailable. I was already less than thrilled with this because when placed correctly in an IKEA microwave cupboard the silver facia does not cover the bottom board of the cupboard and the door above it cannot close because it sits too high in the cabinet. I wonder how long I'll have to wait and how inconvenienced I need to be before I am offered a refund or replacement?
