Miele KM3010 Built In Gas Hob - Black

Lovely looking hob. Solidly made. However, I find it extremely difficult to ignite burners. It is a bit of a hit and miss. I have managed to ignite only 1 burner and that is only sometimes. I have never yet managed to get the other 3 burners ignited. Very frustrating and due to lockdown in place shortly after my job was installed, I have not had it checked out. Considering the cost I doubt I would recommend this item.

AO fitted the hob on a Sunday - no complaints with the install but some of the rings on the hob would not stay lit - they replaced the hob the following Friday. A company is best judged by how it sorts out problems for clients - well done AO! The replacement hob is excellent.

Brilliant product does exactly what we want it to and fitted straight into the old hob slot. Also rings much better spacing than old hob. Will be going for a Miele oven when we come to replace that too.

Miele's design as expected does not disappoint ! This hob is absolutely stunning, the pan rests are split into 4 pieces which not only looks really good but also makes life much easier when cleaning, you can put 1 or all 4 into the dishwasher with ease, you cannot do it with a normal gas hob where the pan rest is huge. Love the re-ignite and gas cut out safety features, great piece of mind ! The buttons run very smoothly and do not feel flimsy like some we've had in the in past. My only criticism is that this Hob should come with the LPG converting kit so that you don't have to go and buy it separately if you need it as I did, its easily obtainable but if it came with it life would have been that little bit easier. Love this Hob all the same, its stunning.
