Much quieter and colder than the old Neff equivalent. It's working well 2 weeks after installation. I also like the light which it an LED rather than a bulb but I guess that's normal now. Compared to the old one they have created space for the vegetable box by shifting the door shelves higher. Not sure that's my priority but it's personal preference. Also, I see in the instruction manual that there is a kind of mezzanine icecube shelf which we didn't receive. But that would be useful. I'll look into getting one.

Excellent NEFF

NEFF is the best. My last fridge freezer lasted 17 years. It still worked ok but I wanted a more modern model.

The design is not what I expected. Things which are not liked: plastic egg holders - eggs should not be stored in a fridge and yet more plastic to be thrown. No means of putting ice cube holder on a flat shelf as with other models. Again more rigid plastic to find its way to land fill. The bottle shelf on fridge door is too high- thus - leaving less room for other shelves/items. Why can’t durable items be reused ie the glass shelves. Last, I did like the metal bottle shelf.
