So far so good. I’ve purchased two other make condenser dryers the past 4 years from AO and they both packed up and did not last. so I decided to go for a new make (hence this purchase) so far it’s been super fast drying and comes with cleaning instructions to keep the upkeep of the machine as best as it can. I like the feature of a light in the drum and many settings to choose from. Delivery was quick also. I have only Had it for just over a week, so this may be a premature review, but so far the dryer has been easy to use and very efficient

Broke after 6 months and after service not good

Excellent tumble dryer, quiet and fast with lots of different settings. Very user friendly easy to clean filter and empty water tank. Even has a light in the drum so no more stray socks!

Great machine. No need to spend any more. Being a pure condenser it’s quicker than heat pump and we would have just used heat pump on fast/high all the time. Drain (if you aren’t using the tank) was easy to fit, instructions a bit small to see exactly but was obvious. Efficient, good looking, drum light is excellent and quiet.

Excellent product, and a vast improvement on our old condenser dryer! However the best thing was probably the experience. Delivery went very wrong, the drivers dropped the dryer off the back of their van, then insisted it be delivered and it'll be fine. It definitely was not fine. However 1 phone call to AO and they had arranged a next day collection and replacement, literally no quibbles. Would have been 4 star apart from their great customer service and getting the issue resolved so efficiently
