Fairly heavy to manage with one hand hence 4 not 5 star but does the job expected efficiently. Good to have variable heat settings. Have short hair so not sure will use the heat plates for smoothing. Seemingly well made with fairly generous length of lead. Would recommend.

I really love this product. It's great that it has settings for wet and dry hair, both provide really good results. The wet setting dries hair very quickly too. I cannot fault it.
