We replaced a very old 5 plate Neff that had lost a plate and was unrepairable. The AEG is easy to use and not much else to say. No easier or harder to clean than the old Neff. I do like the oversize central ring - great for really big pans. Seemed like pretty good value cost wise. The only negative is the timer is very quiet. It is fine if you are nearby but in an old house with thick stone walls you can’t hear it in the next room.
