I like the product and it is what it says. I would say it’s a little complicated to use. Sometimes can be annoying to get to the hottest heat 9 and I still haven’t worked out how to use the timer. It does work well though and it looks nice and is much easier to use then a cooker with knobs

Good product

This model has a timer facility which my old hob did not have - a useful addition. From the limited usage to date I am happy that I have made a good choice. Not the cheapest but very good value for money.

Overall, I’m quite happy with my new Hotpoint hob, but I do think that it is unnecessarily complicated to operate. Takes a while to get the hang of it, but otherwise it works very well.

Easy to clean easy to use .Iwas able to get the same model that I was replacing which was really great.
