A little bit too Technical!

AO Brilliant service, arrived on time, kept informed. Carried the oven in and disposed of packaging. The oven itself is great, big drawback with it being digital, I didn't get any oven manual with at all (saved for installation instructions). With so many functions and settings, I had no idea how to use or set the oven. I downloaded their 47 page manual which is a pain to scroll through when looking for settings/symbols. Other drawback is you only get ONE oven rack. You do get 2 oven trays but I use small trays on the rack and don't want to use a massive tray for a small oven item.
I haven't yet used all the functions. The pizza oven part is great, it says 3.5 minutes that may be when you make a homemade pizza because a normal size margarita takes 8 minutes on the pizza stone. Whilst the pizza was done perfectly to how we like it, 8 minutes for one medium pizza is a pain when your feeding a family of 4 as you can only put one pizza in at a time. If you need to cook more than one pizza at the same time, you would then have to just use the oven function, which seems to defeat the object of a pizza oven unless there's just one or 2 of you.
There's so many settings too it's not clear which is best. I know you may say, move with the times it's digital with more choice, but I suppose I'm just used to using a fan oven with temperature and time settings.
The other setting I have used to do pasta bake is just top and bottom heater with fan. This symbol is a square with a line at the top, a line at the bottom and a fan symbol in the centre. This seems to just be a fan oven, which is what I use mostly.
