    Poor product, poor customer service and care

    Poor appliance. Terrible customer service. Weeks waiting for a repair. In the end replacement appliance. No confidence in the make and model.

    So far so good. I'm not a huge fan of how the drawers/trays are laid out, I find the top one a bit strange and don't think you can fit as many cups and glasses as safely as in other we've had, it's also a bit loud, hence the four stars.

    Our purchase was a gift for our daughter and her partner who had 2 days prior, moved into their first home together. They are absolutely delighted with the machine and the ease with which the whole purchase process was and the friendly delivery staff.
