Poor cooker and after sales

First cooker arrived from a different supplier, with damage to ceramic hob and was returned immediately, reordered from AO, this one trips electricity before the oven manages to reach temperature. Has never got to temperature as it constantly trips.
Tried to return this one but told I had to have a Hisense engineer to look at the fault.
He’s been booked in for 8th March, leaving my 80 year old mother without a cooker for over a week.
I’ve gave the product 1 star which is far more than the product or the manufacturer deserve.

I'm very please with this oven. It looks smart, and practical, with the dials showing clearly what level of heat you have on.
The Ovens are roomy and good to fir a good size roast for a family of six! Or for the gathering you have planned, all in all a*** from me.
If you're looking for a cooker for ease of use, looks impressive and easy to read dials, then this is for you!
