I don’t like to leave a negative review but we’ve had this Haier drier for a few months now and it has not been a good experience. We were aware that heat pump machines would be slower at drying but cheaper to run but this one is ridiculously slow. We persevered with it but from day 1 it has not worked effectively at all! It is noisy and SO slow at drying anything especially towels, bed clothes and bath mats. A typical load like this will take an entire day - approx 8 hours to get almost dry which is absurd. It has not made life easier at all and our leccy bill has not gone down! It is constantly dripping wet inside and therefore leaves fresh laundry smelling of damp. It has caused nothing but frustration for the whole family including the cat whose litter tray is right next door to it in a cupboard under the stairs. She won’t use her tray while it’s on so ends up doing her business elsewhere in our house. We’ve tried all the settings and had an engineer look at it. It was not faulty but it’s not fit for purpose so it’s being replaced this week. Not convinced by heat pump technology at all. Its been such a waste of time and money. We just want it gone from our lives! Sorry AO but this is not a good product and I’ve seen similar reviews like mine so it should be checked out.

Good tumble dryer, but I was disappointed that had no light insite.

Quiet, fairly quick for a heat pump dryer, and doesn't roast anyone inside the utility room.

Really pleased with the dryer, works well for a family of 4!

Only had this a few weeks but very happy - efficient and easy to use - very quiet compared to my old washer which is s bonus as its in the kitchen - it looks good too - also a very good price so very happy

absolutely love this dryer had a candy one previously that took forever to dry but i love this it’s quiet and quick to dry and so convenient that the water tank is at the top
