We've only had this running for a week so far, but it has absolutely exceeded our expectations. It is very easy to use, has plenty of space for a 4 person household, looks very good in our barn conversion kitchen (which is a mixture of modern and traditional features) and has great tech in it. The glass fridge door is an excellent innovation, which makes it really easy to open repeatedly without dumping all the cold air each time. It is very quiet, and the ice-making function is brilliant. We chose the non-plumbed version and are very happy with that decision. We did consider other brands of American-style fridge-freezer, but the majority were significantly more expensive and did not offer as much innovation. LG is a very reliable brand (which we have 4 other appliances from) and I would not hesitate to recommend it.

A wonderful fridge-freezer, probably the best I've ever owned. My only "complaint" is that 4 weeks since I got it, I'm still finding bits of foam taped down!

What a amazing fridge freezer the space in both the fridge and the freezer is amazing the cold water and ice dispenser is brilliant the double knock on the glass door to see what is inside without having to open the full door is a great idea and it saves a little bit of energy well done LG

This is a great fridge and freezer. You can definitely see why it's at a premium price. The way my drinks are chilled to perfection surprised me considering I was replacing a Hisense American fridge freezer that was great for space but a little subpar for the price and broke after around 6–7 years. There is plenty of space, it was easy to connect the fridge to wifi, and I have no complaints. IMPORTANT: When you first plug in the fridge, there is an alarm that goes off and will not shut down. I was so worried there was a fault, but the alarm was letting me know the freezer temperature was too high, which is expected because the fridge has yet to cool. You can turn the alarm off by pressing the freezer control inside the fridge. There is a warning on the instructions, but I didn't see it and was in full panic mode, thinking the fridge was faulty.
