It seems to be very well built and it works as well as you'd expect from a brand new machine. It's a different layout from our old one so it's taking a bit of time to get used to, but I really like the cutlery drawer because it is so well organised. It does make the shelves a bit lower though and some tall glasses don't fit as well into the top drawer as they used to. It's very easy to use.
