    Great machine!

    We've only had this a couple of weeks. but it's almost magical compared ot our old machine. The AI wash is amazing - just gets on with it without needing me to do anything. And the drying cycle does the same! (Must devote some time to deactivating the tune it plays when it's finished though - it's driving the cat mad!)

    Great washer, dryer function a little difficult to understand as not many options - be careful you don’t overheat your clothes! Once figured out it’s a top class washer dryer.

    Great size with 11kg wash, doing less washed per week. Good variety of wash presets, plus downloadable ones via the LG app. The LG ThinQ app seems to work really well. Machine is really quiet, at least compared to our old machine! Even on the 1400 spin. My only negatives would be that I did not receive a tool to adjust the feet, and also that the outlet/waste pipe wasn’t long enough for our existing system.

    Took a gamble with buying this LG washer/dryer after years of having 2 separate machine’s. Pleasantly surprised with the drying results and can’t fault the washing aspect. It’s not noisy and plays a funny little jingle when the cycle has completed. ??

    Great machine. Motor is near silent, and even quiet at spin speeds. App control is handy too. It makes a pleasing jingle when a cycle has finished!

    Product is good have done about 10 loads of washing so far. Great that it can take up to 11kg. Dial is easy to use compared to the Samsungs which are more touch screen focused. The app works well too and notifies you when washing cycles are finished. It is noisier than you think but nothing like the old machine. I wouldn’t recommend for open plan living but if you have a utility room then fine. Main downside is the tumble drier - while this works well and seems efficient, there is a small drying turbine in it that produces an annoying sound - it isn’t loud but more to do with the pitch.
