Excellent cooker and great price The only thing im not over excited about and its a personal thing is the detachable grill handle im not good with it and have lost 2 lots of toast up to now would have preferred a solid unit but that doesnt detract its personal preference

Great cooker, very smart looking too Good price and delivery within a couple of days which was great as delivered on 23rd December

Sent out engineer to connect new gas cooker. Turned up said we he had a major gas leak and would not connect it. Called out SGN and said nothing wrong, the cooker was for my 94 year old mother and was standing outside at 1800 in the cold and damp , they left all the litter as well. Used a lot in the past but never again. How can a gas fitter shout major gas leak when nothing wrong. Scary when you think of this idiot is digging your cookers ,
