Instructions for use lacking clarity for great chopper

Nice compact design, not too heavy for arthritic hands, BUT the instructions for taking the bowl apart were insufficient. They failed to show or state that the top half of the bowl had to be in place in order to release the bottom half of the bowl which stopped it being used for over a week until we found someone who already had the same model!

Only used the chopping facility so far and not the slicing blades.
Up to present I like it very much. Easy to assemble, clean and operate. Does what it says on the tin. Can't go wrong with Kenwood.
