Great product, very simple to use and has a option for everyone to have their own profile and own coffee preference, strength & size etc. Has two hoppers so you can have caffinated and decaf and swap them easily between making each cup. In this day and age you could probably do with another milk holder so you can have normal and oat milk maybe, but i'm sure I must be able to buy one. It's a compact size so will fit into a small space in the kitchen. We love it and would highly recommend it. Makes various different coffees too. Simple but very impressive machine
