Looks good but I found it difficult to operate despite watching the video which was stylish but not helpful to explain how to set it up and use. I spoke to customer service but, despite holding for 30 mins agent did not know my machine and couldn’t help! He did email the instructions (not in box) and arranged for a new water tank to be sent as the one I received leaked as the valve was not working! I am sure that, once I have studied the instructions, I will be ready for my barista certificate !

A fantastic machine so easy to use. When setting up machine would advice using online instruction manual the manual it comes with isn’t brilliant.

Great espresso machine. Easy to use. Have upgraded from a Nespresso and the coffee it produces is definitely an upgrade.
