Looks great, but for the price I expect it to work first time every time. On more than one occasion now I've used this and had to run a second cycle because the items weren't dry. Used it on the "Bedding" setting and the sheets were still soggy after a nearly 3hr cycle! Same with the "Cottons" cycle. The items had already been partially dried by the spin cycle on my washing machine and I used it as per the manual too, before you wonder. It seems all the myriad settings are a bit of a gimmick and the catch-all "AI Dry" is the best bet (although still not 100% reliable). Not sure what all the fancy extra settings and sensors actually do to help drying when it seems to perform the same as a regular-type tumble dryer? It's fine and I hope it saves me money on energy costs which is the main reason I went for it, but for a premium product I expected better performance.
