Looks amazing, but unfortunately that’s where my positive review stops. Instructions are awful, diagram instructions on assembly and impossible to see what was supposed to be happening in several stages, also several holes don’t even line up when it comes to adding the metal pieces that hold the cable down. That aside we got it together and up and working, looks fab but even in the highest noises setting it still fails to suck all the steam up the extractor which is placed exactly above my island induction hob. The issue is that it is on a island and not against a wall, you only have to move about the kitchen and your moving disturbed the air and pulls the steam flow, this leads to the steam constantly bellowing away from the extractor, as I say, even on setting 4 it fails to control the steam steam not the extractor. Remote is good as I leave it on the dinner table and if we sit down for dinner and I realise I haven’t turned it off I can press the remote without getting back up. They have put the cable behind the glass in a bright blue casing, this is very noticeable thru the glass, not a great design feature. The black one looks highly polished, I saw the black in in the flesh before purchasing and went for the white one thinking it would be the same but the white looks rather Matt, it is a metal cylinder painted white just to clarify. I love the featured look it gives out new kitchen but I’m really disappointed with the functioning extractor and for the price of over £1000 it should have been designed to function better

As photo and description depicts, a lovely contemporary extractor hood. Extremely well packaged in two boxes protecting the appliance. Customer help centre extremely helpful with information about the product and they also ‘priced matched’, so reduced the price from that advertised. Arrived on time. Cannot yet comment on functionality as not yet fitted, hence 4 star rating at the moment, will update when installed.
