It’s quite a fiddly install & the instructions are not the best. However, any competent DIYer (2 people needed) will be able to get there in the end. The internal LEDs are really dim and very warm colour - it does not look good at all against 4000K down lights. Quite nice as ambient lighting once the cooking is finished (but that isn’t really the purpose)

My new hood get lots of comments from friends and family. Looks like a contemporary light fitting, but has the added functionality of a powerful extract hood. I am so glad I invested the extra money in this hood over a standard hood. Very happy.
